Onboard Desalination
Our approach uses reverse osmosis as part of an onboard seawater treatment process. Treatment design, water-quality testing and handling are considered together before water is supplied for drinking.
Pretreatment, desalination, any necessary post-treatment and hygienic storage must be designed for the source water and the intended drinking-water requirements. Mineral composition is a matter for treatment design and testing, not an assumed property of a single pass through reverse osmosis.

Food-grade tanks and container-mounted flexitanks form part of the storage and transport approach. Container type, usable capacity, loading limits and compatibility with drinking water are selected for each project.
Storage, filling and transport arrangements must protect water quality throughout the supply chain.
